Small Works & Consultant Rosters

Thank you for your interest in the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District’s Small
Works & Consultant Rosters.  The Park District maintains an annually updated Small Works Roster (SWR) to streamline bidding for public works projects. There is no fee associated with being listed on either roster. The SWR is an annual roster which is updated every January. Applicants on the SWR must reapply each year. Applicants on the Consultant Roster must reapply every two years.  This solicitation is pursuant to RCW 35.23.352 for projects between $5,000.00 and $300,000.00 which shall include all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project.

Per RCW 39.04.010 the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Rec District pays prevailing wages on all Public Works Contracts. Public work is all work, construction, alteration, repair or improvement that is executed at the cost of the state or any other local public agency. This includes, but is not limited to, demolition, remodeling, renovation, road construction, building construction, ferry construction and utilities construction.
