Fitness classes keep us strong and energized, ready for the day’s opportunities. Our class menu includes a variety of general exercise, Yoga and Tai Chi Chih classes and a new 100-mile Challenge. We also have a Co-ed Senior Softball Team that plays all summer long. Art classes are designed to stimulate and inspire artists (and those of us that wish we were!) in a variety of disciplines, including painting, drawing, and book arts, as well as classes that cultivate creativity in general.
