Our experienced staff is passionate about getting folks out in the wilderness backpacking, mountain biking, sailing, skiing, and even foraging for wild foods. After all, even when they aren’t working in the field, our staff are out packing the peaks, boating little-known waters, or finding that secret cache of chanterelles.

The youngest of six kids, Haley was born in Dallas, Texas, and spent most of her childhood growing up on a lake near Ft. Worth where she learned to sail and water ski. Eric is originally from Grand Rapids, MI, and obtained his B.S. in Natural Resources Management from Grand Valley State University. Eric moved out to the Pacific Northwest in 2008 to work on Mt.
