RECREATION

The Bainbridge Island Metro Park & Recreation District offers a wide variety of classes and programs for adults and children of all ages.  A complete listing of everything we offer is published three times a year in our catalog which is mailed out to all households on the Island.

ACCESSIBILITY TO PROGRAMS

The BIMPRD will make reasonable modifications to policies and programs to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to enjoy BIMPRD programs, services and activities. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity of the BIMPRD should contact the District’s ADA Coordinator, Mark Benishek at 206-842-5661 #116 or mbenishek@biparks.org. Parents of children who plan to participate in the District’s Rec-Companion program are asked to contact the ADA Coordinator prior to class registration to ensure that use of this resource is available to all who wish to participate throughout the year.
