8-Acre Woods Dedication

You’re invited to the open house and dedication of Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District’s newest park, 8-acre Woods, on December 12, 2024. Nestled in the woods near Skiff Point, a conservation-minded donor has donated this beautiful property to the Park District for use as a walking-trails-only park.
The owner has allowed neighbors to enjoy the property for years, and this generous gift will make it a park in perpetuity.
The open house and dedication will be held on-site at 2:00p at the corner of Manitou Beach Drive and Mountain View Road at Skiff Point.
