RENTAL FACILITY INFORMATION

The Park District has a beautiful variety of indoor facilities, most of which are available for reservation and involve a modest rental fee.

As stewards of these treasured public places, we are committed to filling them with activities and memories. We are proud to offer many choices, from historic gathering halls to small, modern meeting rooms, for uses and occasions such as:

How to reserve a facility:

 

  1. Call the Customer Service desk at the Bainbridge Island Aquatic Center to confirm availability and pricing at 206-842-2302.
  2. Add credit to your account (by phone or online). Please include hourly fees, damage deposit ($150.00 for indoor facilities), and reservation fee ($10.00) in credit.
  3. Email the Facility Rental Agreement and Application to rentals@biparks.org or drop the form off at the Bainbridge Island Aquatic Center. 
      Alcohol Use at Rental Facilities
      1. Send in Alcohol Use Permit with the Facility Rental Agreement and Application to rentals@biparks.org.
      2. Add $75.00 to credit (online or by calling our Customer Service desk at 206-842-2302) for the Alcohol Use Fee. 
      3. Provide proof of Certificate of Liability Insurance 2-3 weeks before your reservation.
