Wizarding wand practiceKids have amazing imaginations and great capacity for make-believe.  Whether learning the lore and history of familiar legends, deeply exploring the world of a beloved book, or pretending to be in a different  time, our imaginative theme camps can open the door to magical memories and kindred-spirit friends. During the summer, we offer imaginative themes such as pirates, mermaids, dinosaurs, fairies, Doctor Who, and book camps based on Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and more.

We are busy working on the Summer camp plan year round!

Dino WalkSometimes all a kid needs is a little encouragement to discover something they’re really good at.  Through our interest and skill-based camps, young people can delve deeper into topics they enjoy while meeting others who share their interest.

Here’s what’s available: Bricks 4 Kidz Lego ® Camps, Chess and Strategy Games, Active Art & Science  Break “Curiosity Camps,” Sewing Camps, Computer Coding, Safety Preparedness and art camps. And check out the outdoor and sports pages as well.

Pirate staff 15 copyWhether figuring out pirate costumes or sewing mermaid tails, our camp staff are always filling their bins – and our camps – with fun and surprises. Youth & Teen Enrichment Camp staff are amazing! Although the roster changes each season, our high school and college-age camp workers are responsible, organized, creative, and fun. They complete 6-12 hours of pre-camp orientation and training, with returning staff responsible for passing along important camp traditions to the “newbies”. Camp preparation also may include trips to the library, coming up with a costume, hiding treasure, or learning how to start a fire…just to be ready to lead “their kids” in a memorable camp experience. They truly believe in “People. Parks. Play.”
