Mobile Stage

Make your event unforgettable! The Park District’s hydraulically operated mobile stage offers stage facilities at any site. Leave the work to us — our staff will deliver, set up, and take down the portable stage for each event. Perfect for all types of gatherings, events, and performances!

  • Stage floor dimensions with extensions: 14′ 6″ x 28′
  • Stage height from the ground: 3′ 6″

Guidelines:Note:  A fee of $3.00/mile to/from Park Headquarters will be charged in addition to the rental fee.

  • All organizations are required to pay for any damage to the equipment during the use periods. Assessed damage costs may exceed the amount of the damage deposit.
  • The mobile stage can only be transported by Park District personnel and cannot be moved once it is in place. Transportation fees are included in the total cost of the stage.
  • Those reserving equipment are responsible for reserving the location where the equipment is to be placed. Also, those reserving equipment agree to meet Park District staff at the desired location to ensure proper equipment placement.
  • No posters, banners, signs, or other materials can adhere to the stage without prior approval from Park District staff.
  • No tape, glue, or adhesive material may be used on stage walls, floors, ceilings, or any other part of the stage.
  • A Park District site supervisor will monitor stage use and weather conditions and have the right to shut down the stage if conditions become adverse. (e.g., high winds, lightning, or inappropriate stage use). If the stage is closed for necessary reasons by the site supervisor, a refund will not be issued.
  • Full payment (plus deposit) must be received seven business days after notification of Park District approval.
