Email Address Request & Agreement
An employee needing a Park District email address must complete the Request & Agreement. The manager forwards the Request & Agreement to Skye Carlson at skyec@biparks.org to assign the email address.
Cell Phone Email Setup:
You will need to delete any existing Park District email account on the phone and reload the account with the instructions listed below.

Include the following items:
- Desktop/Laptop or equipment needed
- Primary location of the computer or equipment
- Email account information (username & password)
- Any printing needs
- Any other special set-up requests
IT Work Ticket Requests:

In the body of the email, please include:
- Issue or proposed work needed
- Computer Asset Tag number (Each computer has a green and white tag with a four-digit number on it)
- Building the computer or issue is located
- Your name and the best number to reach you
- Please leave the computer powered on and connected to the internet, if possible
