From the trailhead, the trail descends steeply through a forested hillside ending at Listening Ln. From Listening Ln hikers can travel south to Baker Hill Road where a connection to the Schel Chelb Trail is possible. The Schel Chelb Trail travels from Baker Hill Road to Point White Drive NE near Lynwood Center, ending at a public beach.
